For UK aesthetic clinics
Your aesthetic clinic's website, built and run for you.
I build the site, then I keep it running: it answers calls you can't get to, chases every enquiry and asks happy patients for reviews. £297 a month, and no build fee.
With me, the person who builds it. No minimum term, cancel any time after month 1. Your domain and your content are yours from day one.
Why most sites don't book
The phone rings while you've got a needle in your hand.
You can't answer it mid-treatment. So the caller hangs up and rings the next clinic on the list. The enquiry form from Tuesday night is still waiting for a reply. And the patient who loved her results meant to leave a review, then forgot.
None of that is a design problem. A prettier website doesn't fix it. What fixes it is a website that does some of the front-desk work for you, every day, without you remembering to switch anything on.
That's what I build.
What the £297 covers
Seven things, all included.
-
Your website, built for aesthetics.
Written for the treatments you actually offer, not a template with your logo dropped in, with one clear page per question a patient asks. Ten to twenty pages. SEO is built in, not sold back to you later.
-
Missed-call text-back.
Miss a call and the caller gets a text from the clinic within seconds. They reply by text; you answer when you're between patients.
-
A review funnel that runs itself.
Every happy patient is asked for a Google review at the right moment. Anyone unhappy reaches you first, before they reach Google.
-
Lead follow-up you never have to remember.
Every enquiry is followed up until they book or tell you to stop. Not just the ones someone had time to reply to.
-
One inbox for everything.
Calls, texts, emails, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram messages in one place, on your phone.
-
A business number that isn't your mobile.
It rings where you want it, logs every call, and stays with the clinic when staff change.
-
An AI receptionist for live calls.
When the phone rings, it picks up, answers what it can and takes the booking request while the caller is still on the line. Your team confirms it, because it never touches your diary. Any call it can't finish still gets the missed-call text.
Also in the price, quietly: one-click campaigns to your existing patient list for a quiet week, a monthly report you can read in two minutes, hosting, updates and fixes, and me on the other end of the phone.
Keep your booking system.
This isn't a diary or patient records, and it doesn't replace Pabau, Fresha, Cliniko or Zenoti. It sits in front of them and sends people their way.
One price, with nothing hiding under it.
You pay the first month up front, £297, and there's no build fee on top of it. That works because I host the site: it runs on my infrastructure, and if you stop paying, it stops running. After three months you can buy the code outright for £1,000 if you'd rather own it. Your domain, your content, your photographs, your reviews and your phone number are yours from day one, whichever you choose.
£297 a month
- No build fee
- No onboarding fee
- No minimum term
- Cancel any time after month 1
Not VAT registered, so there is no VAT on top.
Calls and texts on your business number are billed at what they cost.
Three steps, and only the first one needs you for long.
-
A 30-minute call.
You tell me about the clinic; I tell you honestly whether this fits. If it doesn't, I'll say so.
-
I build it.
Live in about 14 days. You send photos and answer a short questionnaire; I do the rest.
-
It runs.
Calls get answered, enquiries get chased, reviews get asked for. You get a short report each month.
I ran clinics before I built websites for them.
Between 2016 and 2022 I took CoLaz from one clinic to nine. It's the group I built, and I still run its website today. Everything on this page is what I needed there first: someone to answer the phone mid-treatment, someone to chase the enquiry, someone to ask for the review.
I don't build it alone. Manroop Ahitan, my co-founder, shaped how it works from the clinic floor: what front of house needs, what a patient expects when she rings or enquires, and where a busy day's workflow breaks. The systems on this page are built around what she saw there.
I don't have client testimonials to show you yet, and I'm not going to invent any. What I can show you is CoLaz, and I'm happy to talk you through it on the call.
Before
After
What clinic owners ask first.
- Is there really no build fee?
- Yes. You pay £297 for the first month before work starts, and that's it. There's no build fee because I host the site, rather than handing it over and walking away.
- What if I want to leave?
- You can cancel any time after the first month. There's no minimum term. Your domain, content, photos, reviews and phone number stay yours. The site itself stops running when you stop paying, unless you've bought the code.
- Can I own the website?
- Yes. After three months you can buy the code outright for £1,000.
- Will it replace Fresha or Pabau?
- No. Keep whatever you book with. This sends people to it.
- Does the AI receptionist book straight into my diary?
- No. It answers live calls and takes the booking request on the call. Your team confirms it. If a call can't be finished, the caller gets a text instead.
- Do you run my ads?
- No. There's no ad management and no ad spend handled. This is the website and the systems behind it.
- How much of my time does it take?
- A 30-minute call, then photos and a short questionnaire. After launch, a two-minute monthly report.
- Who do I speak to when something needs changing?
- Me. You talk to the person who built it.
Thirty minutes. Then you'll know if it fits.
No pitch. If it isn't right for your clinic, I'll tell you.
